Skill Requirements: 

• Web Content Writing, Writing, and Editing skills – Long and short form.
• Experience in developing content strategies, conducting research, and managing web content.
• A strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
• Familiar with Canva and able to create posts using Canva.
• SEO writing is the primary skill that we look for.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The job is for Onsite. This is NOT a remote job.
• Witty copywriting for LinkedIn captions or Social Media posts.

Qualification: 

Educational Background:

A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred. Courses or certifications in advertising, creative writing, or digital marketing can be advantageous.

Strong Writing Skills:

Excellent command of the language, grammar, and nuances. Ability to write clear, persuasive, and original copy.

Understanding of Marketing and Advertising Principles:

Knowledge of how to craft messages that appeal to target audiences. Familiarity with branding and the ability to maintain a consistent tone and style.

SEO Knowledge:

Understanding of SEO principles to optimize digital content for search engines.

Research Skills:

Ability to conduct thorough research on various topics, industries, and competitors.

Adaptability:

Flexibility to write for different platforms, from traditional print ads to social media posts and websites.

Creativity and Innovation:

Coming up with fresh, engaging ideas for campaigns.

Communication Skills:

Strong verbal and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaborations.

Attention to Detail:

Keen eye for detail to ensure error-free and high-quality content.

Time Management:

Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Portfolio:

A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of writing styles and projects.
