Enableocity, a business sales training and consulting company, needed to develop an urgent eLearning program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal was to convert their in-person training and consulting curriculum into an asynchronous digital format to maintain engagement and effectiveness for the Institute on Aging.
The Challenge
The major challenge for this project was transforming an existing sales training and consulting curriculum into an engaging and compelling eLearning experience. Visual Best needed to achieve this while meeting a tight deadline and budget. The key challenges included:
- Converting a raw PowerPoint and talk track into a cohesive, professional eLearning video series.
- Selecting the right visuals to convey various moods and personas required for different training segments.
