The Ask

Enableocity, a business sales training and consulting company, needed to develop an urgent eLearning program in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. The goal was to convert their in-person training and consulting curriculum into an asynchronous digital format to maintain engagement and effectiveness for the Institute on Aging.

The Challenge

The major challenge for this project was transforming an existing sales training and consulting curriculum into an engaging and compelling eLearning experience. Visual Best needed to achieve this while meeting a tight deadline and budget. The key challenges included:

  1. Converting a raw PowerPoint and talk track into a cohesive, professional eLearning video series.
  2. Selecting the right visuals to convey various moods and personas required for different training segments.
  3. Managing a seamless production process, including professional voiceover integration and graphic design, within a short time frame.

The Solution

Visual Best approached the project efficiently and creatively, building on their past successful collaboration with Enableocity. The team:

  • Worked closely with Enableocity to understand the core content of the sales training and consulting services and its target audience.
  • Converted raw materials (PowerPoint presentations and talk tracks) into polished eLearning videos, incorporating professional voiceover to enhance the user experience.
  • Provided a lead graphic artist to manage the development of PowerPoint graphics and ensure the final video production aligned with the client’s needs.
  • Delivered the final product with overnight turnarounds for many elements, ensuring timely completion within budget.

The collaboration between Visual Best and Enableocity was a success, leading to the timely and on-budget completion of the eLearning series. The final product received positive feedback for its quality and effectiveness. Notable outcomes include:
